BetAgent (betagent.fun, "the service") is a statistical prediction model for football statistics markets that lives day by day. It publishes the model's estimates, the tickets it records, the results of those tickets settled from official match statistics, and the tools around them (the panel, the personal area). All data is recorded as it happens and the history has never been modified since the system was born: tickets are recorded at placement and settled from official statistics; they are never edited and never deleted.
If you think you may have a gambling problem, seek help: in Romania, jocresponsabil.ro; elsewhere, your national helpline.
You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction, and only where accessing information of this kind is legal. By creating an account you confirm both.
An account is personal. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; this removes your tickets, favourites and personal data from our systems (billing records are kept as the law requires). Deleting the account does not cancel a paid membership: cancel that in your Whop account first.
What each plan contains is stated on the pricing page. In particular, a free account receives one of the day's tickets, chosen by a fixed rule (the median of the real list ranked by win probability; with an even count the lower-ranked of the two middle tickets), and Starter receives five of the day's tickets, chosen by a fixed rule (the real list ranked by win probability, ranks 5 to 9; with fewer than 9 tickets the bottom 5; with fewer than 5 all of them), published at the same time as the full list on Edge; the selection is mechanical and is not a recommendation about those tickets over the others.
Paid plans (Starter, Edge, Pro) are monthly subscriptions billed through Whop (Whop, Inc.), which processes the payment and holds the payment details; we never see your card. Each paid plan starts with a free trial of 3 days; the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before. The subscription renews every 30 days at the plan's price until cancelled. Prices are in USD; taxes may be added by Whop according to your location. Whop's own terms apply to the payment: whop.com/legal/terms.
Your plan is matched to your account by the e-mail you pay with. Use the same e-mail at checkout as on your account; if you pay with another e-mail, contact us and we will link it.
The content of the panel (lists, pool, reports, exports) is for your personal use. Do not resell, redistribute or publish it, scrape the site, share an account, or use the service to operate a tipping service. Do not try to interfere with the service or access data that is not yours.
We store your e-mail, name (if given), the sign-in method, your sessions, your plan status as reported by Whop, the tickets, favourites and bankroll you save, and anonymous page-view counts (no cookies for that, no third-party analytics). We use the data to run the service and to send you the e-mails you asked for (verification, password reset, favourite and pre-kick-off alerts). We do not sell it. You can export everything we hold about you and delete your account from the Account page. Payment data is held by Whop under its privacy policy. Legal basis: the contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the service; you can write to hello@betagent.fun for any request about your data.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including betting losses, lost profit or indirect loss, arising from the use of the service or from errors, delays or interruptions in it, including errors in official statistics, in recorded prices or in third-party data. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event.
We may change the service and these terms. Material changes are announced in the panel or by e-mail; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. The models change every week by design (see How it works); the record of what was published never does.
These terms are governed by the law of Romania; disputes go to the competent courts of Craiova, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection where you live. Provider: TM Neoart Construct SRL, CUI RO41113716, Craiova, Romania. Contact: hello@betagent.fun.
